For those of you who visited us at Phillips Brook, you know that the South Summit yurt was a memorable spot.In the Fall of 2004 we moved the yurt about 200 yards to the east to its new location. It has thrilling views of the whole Presidential, Mariah, and Mahoosuc Mountain ranges and incredible terrain. Enjoy the beauty of winter snowshoeing and backcountry skiing - the South Summit can keep you occupied all 4 seasons of the year.

The 20 foot Pacific yurt sleeps 6 in 3 double bunks, has a kitchen and dining setup and a wood stove. All you need to bring is food, water, and sleeping gear (and your toys!). The price is $38 per night per person or $165 for exclusive use per night (plus tax)
