Reservations

All our reservations are taken via phone call. We have chosen to make our reservations only by phone to ensure that you have the best possible experience at Phillips Brook Backcountry Recreation Area. We will try and match you up with the yurt that best suits the needs of you and your friends or family. We are happy to answer questions via email as quickly as we can.

Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds. However the reservation may be used for one year from the date of the receipt if a party cancels at least 24 hours before their trip. They may then reschedule the reservation for any time within one year from the date of the receipt. This does not allow rescheduling to holidays, holiday weekends, or holiday weeks but is otherwise open. We will help you try to resell your reservation for a 15% rebooking fee if you choose.
